Do you guarantee results?

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, if you are not happy with something, you have 24hrs to let us know and come back and re-clean the area to the best of our abilities.

Can we be home?

We are happy to work around you, as long as we are not waiting for you. Typically we can focus on one side or floor of your home, then switch with you.

How do you care for specialty surfaces ?

We understand certain stones and flooring require different care. We use products appropriate for each surface.

Do you provide supplies?

Yes, we provide our own cleaning supplies. If you have a product you would like us to use, we will do our best but cannot guarantee results.

How long will my clean take?

Every clean is unique, and times will vary. We work quickly and efficiently to not take up your whole day.

What should I do to prepare?

We ask that you tidy your home so we spend our time cleaning it, and not picking things up. Clothes, toys, dishes, food, ect. put away.

Do you use non-toxic cleaners?

Yes, we use ph-neutral, non-toxic cleaners.

How do you handle pets?

We ask that pets are crated, or outside during your cleaning. We are not responsible for letting them in or outside, or cleaning up after them.

Cancelation Policy

We require 48hrs notice. Under 48hrs you will be billed half of your service. We understand emergencies happen and will work with you case by case.

I’m sensitive to smells...

No worries! We can use scent free, or our typical scents include lemon- verbena, lavender and softer more serene scents.
